Usain Bolt - 100m and 200m New World Records!

Usain Bolt is a Jamaican sprinter and an Olympic Gold medalist. He holds the world record for the 100 metres and the 200 metres races, and along with his teammates, the 4x100 metres relay.

At the tender age of 23, he is now the fastest human being in the world!

Usain Bolt 100m Video - World Record 9.58s
Usain Bolt has run an amazing 9.58 seconds to win the 100m final at the World Athletics Championships in Berlin.



Usian Bolt 200m Video - World Record 19.19s
Usain Bolt has smashed yet another World Record, running 19.19 seconds to take his second Gold medal at the World Athletics Championships in Berlin.

Dear Coralites,

As the first week of school draws to a close and towards Youth Day, the PE teachers just want to wish all of you a truly Happy Youth Day!!

Remember, you will only be young once (unless you are in a constant state of denial), so lets make full use of your youth to be a light for everybody around you.
